Motion Graphics (Special Purpose Award, Level 6)
This programme aims to provide students with a set of transferable skills and a solid grounding in screen motion graphics and post production processes and techniques. The overall aim is to provide opportunities for eligible applicants to gain a valuable skill set for employment in the growing media and communications industry.
A minimum of 5 O6/H7 grades in Leaving Certificate subjects, including Mathematics and English or Irish. Foundation Level Mathematics at grade F2 or higher is acceptable as meeting the Mathematics requirement for this programme. Applicants who do not meet these requirements but who are aged 23 and over will be considered for entry on the basis of an assessment and, if appropriate, also an interview. Equivalence may be demonstrated by an appropriate qualification and significant relevant experience.

Participants will be assessed by means of continuous assessment. There will be no written examinations
